As you may know, a part of this site is devoted to Raymond Moore, with as much information as I can gather on the man to help 'put the record straight' on his key role in British photography.
I have nearly all of his published works (not that many were ever published) but one came up on eBay recently that I've never managed to get hold of before.
The 1969 Winter edition of The Anglo-Welsh Review has a cover photograph by Moore and a quite lengthy article within. I'll be publishing further details on the Ray Moore pages soon. The cover price of six shillings was quite a lot of money back in 1969 (about £6.57p in relation to today's average earnings) but in direct translation to modern coinage is only 30p today. I got it for 99p, which I guess reflects the lack of awareness of Moore's legacy and the rarity of anything published about him.
It looks like quite an interesting read - only arrived this morning so haven't studied it closely yet. More about it will follow...
