This is another picture from the series that was never printed originally. When I looked at the negative in preparing these pages I was unsure why I had taken it.
It seemed like a poor composition, lacking the eery and slightly 'gothic' quality I saw in the others. It was only when I scanned it and viewed it enlarged on screen that I saw the bird bathing in the centre, surrounded by water spray.
Unlike all the others, this is a crop to place the (now) obvious centre of attention in better harmony with its surroundings.
