Ever since seeing Edwin Smith's pictures of Stourhead gardens I had wanted to visit the place. In 2002 I got the chance and it was every bit as I imagined it, despite now being a major tourist attraction.
This image, although made on film, has never been printed by conventional means. The negative was scanned and printed digitally - a true hybrid.
